Would you say im overweight
Im 11stone 6 or 160 pounds and I’m 5foot 2inches...my bmi is overweight and near the obese end but is that actually a bad weight for my height? I struggle with dieting and work in an office all day so barely exercise...
I feel really disgusting and i hate the way i look but really finding it hard to make changes😭
