Yeast infection? Someone help..

Question

So I started having symptoms of a uti (itchy, burny when I pee, after I pee it feels like I still have to go) so I go to Walmart and talk to the pharmacist and he shows me AZO uti over the counter meds. I started taking them yesterday so my pee has been bright yellow/orange. I went to the bathroom just now and it felt like something was /inside/ my vagina. I looked down and there’s a white ‘chunk’ coming out. Can someone help me figure out what this is? I’ve had multiple utis in the past but this has never happened. 
The picture is from when I wiped after seeing the white chunk. 
It’s about an inch long, and about as wide as my pinky. 
My fertile window ended 3 days ago and my period is supposed to start in 10 days.

Those azo brown urinary pain relief ones are for bladder infection pain relief until you can go to the dr to get tested for a bladder infection not a yeast infection you got the wrong ones , there is azo for yeast but with yours being that bad it won’t work, ask your dr for diflucan it’s a pill you just take it once, your infection Being that bad you might have to take it twice so ask for a refill, and go get tested for yeast, they can tell you immediately, looks like a raging yeast infection to me

AZO turns your pee yellow orange.. if you are having itching/ burning/ white stuff it's most likely yeast infection. If you are having frequent urination/burning WHILE your peeing its most likely UTI.. which you need antibiotics for...yeast infection you can normally cure with over the counter meds like Monistat but UTIs you need antibiotics. AZO is just for the discomfort until you can get the antibiotics
