I changed my number etc but this guy EMAILED me and no, I won’t be changing that too because Ive had it since 2003 😂! All jokes aside, I’m spiritual, I’ve been working on forgiveness and reading a lot of devotions about the topic and my ex is the last on my to do (forgive) list because we dated for 6.5 years and he cheated on me for the final 6 months and I left!

My spirit told me to check the folder where I diverted his emails last year, post breakup because he was more on my subconscious and I’ve seen TWO emails. One sent earlier on this month and the other a few days ago.

I’m not responding until I’ve prayed over it but he’s saying that he’s not asking for anything more than a friendship because it’s not sitting well with him even after a year and 1 month of never seeing him!

I have been thinking about whether God did this to allow me and him to grow as individuals before paring us back because I do believe in soul mates and I saw him as my husband and father to his children. I can only think once I’ve fully forgiven him.

Why would he come back after “moving on” with the other woman. I feel as though he’s no longer in the picture and wants company. How would you recommend I approach this situation because my heart is still heavy. I had to learn how to grieve over a live person so this is TOUGH!
