Startle / Moro reflex

Just wondering if anyone is in the same situation, my baby (8.5 weeks) has a severe moro reflex, not always but it seems to be if she’s laying flat and sleepy and she throws her arms back and locks out with a look of fear on her face and then starts screaming, today she did bring her arms back into a semi fetal position. I ended up in hospital last week over it but it’s not consistent so they weren’t able to see but I did show them videos and they kept us in over night. I’m so worried about infantile spasms or having some other brain issue. She’s a happy girl, smiling, trying to laugh so she’s developing well but every time it happens she brings me to tears. Happening about once a week where she gets a bad one.. anyone have anything similar? Hoping she’s not the only one as I feel so helpless
