Wig help

So my hair has always been thin but recently I’ve noticed that it has started to fall out a lot more and I have a patch on my head where there is no hair at all.

It makes me so sad and I hate my hair. I really want to shave it off and buy wigs but I don’t know the best place to buy realistic wigs.

Can anyone help? I’m from the UK/Scotland so want somewhere to buy that’s local if possible!
