Boob growth in early 20s???

So I’m 21 and I’ve always been really flat chested and up until 6 months ago I was AA cup (never bothered with wearing bras lol) in the past 6 months though I’ve gone up to a C cup. I weigh myself regularly and haven’t gained any weight. Around my period especially they swell so much and a C cup can be too small, I find it crazy how this is happening in my early 20s and am now having to get used to Bras ahah, has anyone else had this randomly in their early 20s??

They can actually grow at ￼any time in your life, usually it’s up to the age of 24, unless you gain weight or have children, etc. But it’s normal. I had a friend that anytime she drink coffee, the caffeine in the coffee would make her breast swell, the lymph nodes, and everything in there, the breast tissue, would swell because of the coffee, so she needed to fill out a dress, should we drink some coffee, it was painful, but it was a thing that she always used. It might be what you’re consuming that’s causing your breast to swell a reaction to something or hormonal changes.

Yeah I was about 20 when my boobs grew and I hadn’t put on any weight, was a size 6 and went from a B to a D.
