what to eat to stop being constantly hungry
Hello everyone,
6weeks today I can't seem to stop eating!! Any tips on what to eat which is healthy & make you feel full for longer? I prefer sweet things to savoury but really tasting crisps aswell since being pregnant?
I like fruit & veg but wondering if someone can tell me any meal ideas!
Also can't face breakfast in the morning as just makes me sick so I have breakfast about 10ish
