My boy sleeps from around 10.30pm until 8-9am with 1 feed around 5am usually but sometimes a bit earlier. I would like him to be going to bed around 7.30-8pm but I think if we do that it means he's going to be up and full of beans around 4am. Any tips or tricks how to get him to bed earlier without early morning rises? What are your routines? I know I'm already very lucky with how well he sleeps, I just feel that 10.30pm is very late for a 12 week old baby to go to bed. We already have a bedtime routine in place of bath, bottle, cuddle then bed.
