anemia 😩

Is anyone else suffering from low iron levels. My bloods came back I'm anemic which explains why I feel so totally wiped out.

I'm constantly tired, pale, lathargic and getting headaches and dizziness. Also I keep getting palpitations .

Any advise ?

Dr wants to repeat the bloods before starting supplements.

Anyone else had preganacy anemia ?
