Positive or negative?

Hi I'm sasha, I'm 23 years old and me and partner are TTC! 
I've been told I may be going through premature menopause and And I am currently waiting for test results from the gyno...
I tested my self with numerous strip pregnancy tests and they all had faint lines pic below and an hour later I tested with a clear blue digital and it was not pregnant! What should I believe? I'm short on money so another digital one won't be possible yet..

You are pregnant, but it's too early to know if it's viable, that's why the digital test said negative. But there is a baby, you just have to wait and see if it stays. This is why tests don't check hcg below a certain level, even though the tiniest amount means there is a baby. Only about 1/5 of conceptions are viable, and they don't want to get your hopes up if it's going to miscarry. 
Take heart though, this means you are indeed fertile, and so is your partner, and you've had a conception and implantation! 
Hang in there, and keep up hope!

The only reason to retest in a few days is to see if the line gets darker. At this point, all we can do is wait. Hopefully this is it. 💗
