just looking for some advice really. ive been on the contraceptive pill for ten years and i stopped my last packet 2 and a half months ago. ive had one period in between then and now.

obviously <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> and things but the week after my suspected ovulation this time, ive had pain in my womb area. sometimes sharp and to the sides then sometimes just discomfort where i feel really heavy and uncomfortable. ive been off food and having cramps every now and then. i took a test last week and it was BFN. im also weeing an awful lot.

just wanted to know if these are normal for coming off the pill? last week it made me feel that vile i didnt want to ttc! which defeats the object.

im due in 7 days.

any advice would be lovely 😊
