Sleeping through? Please help!

Can anybody offer any advice or insight? My little boy is 7 1/2 months old. He’s been in a good nighttime routine since he was 3 weeks old: bath-time 6:30pm bottle and in bed by 7:15pm latest. He’s got a clean nappy on, full tummy (I also give him solids around 5pm). We have a groegg thermometer in the room so put him in a tog appropriate grobag... we have a white noise machine on low yet he is still waking up before we go to bed at 10:30pm. Sometimes just for his dummy which is fine, we run up and give it back to him but a lot recently he cry’s for what seems to be no reason at all and we have to cradle him. We give him 7oz at half 10 then he wakes around 2am for another 7oz then again at 4:30am-ish for another 7. Should he be sleeping through by now? Is there anything we can do to help him stay asleep once he’s down? The 10:30pm feed we don’t mind so much but shouldn’t that be seeing him through until morning? (He wakes up at 6am). This lack of sleep is killing me! Sometimes when he cries in the night we have to wake him up he is uncontrollably sobbing and screaming but still asleep, it’s horrible to see! My poor baby 💔 Any help, advice, words of wisdom you can offer would really help out this mom-bie!
