So Thursday I woke up with some cramps and when I went to the bathroom, I had diarrhoea. Once done, that solved my cramps so all was okay.

Later that day when I used the bathroom, I had diarrhoea (another twice) and had less of an appetite throughout the day.

I woke up during the night with the need to go to the bathroom. Had to go twice before going back to sleep.

On Friday, I barely ate and my body was hot and achy. I used the bathroom every few hours (total of 11 times) where it was just constant diarrhoea.

Can anyone give me advice to help me stop this please😭
