Is shea butter safe? Says rich in vitamin a
Shea moisture 100% raw Shea butter.... it says rich in vitamin a on the container. I thought we were supposed to avoid vitamin a, but I’ve read that Shea butter is safe.
Is it because it’s a natural vitamin a and not synthetic? Anybody know the answer to this?
