Any advice?

I co parent my 4 month old under the same roof (sleep in separate rooms) with her dad. Its a struggle because I still have feelings for him. (He cheated during and after pregnancy, and advised me to move on.) What are some things to help get over someone you still had hopes for, or make co-parenting go smoothly.

You need to move put. You’re not going to get over him if you’re still living with him. You and baby get a place, find a mediator and set up a schedule. Or if you and dad can do it with out a mediator. That’s going to be the best thing for you.

I think it will be harder to do while living with him. Especially if he is seeing other people I think your heart will just keep breaking. I'm really sorry this is a shitty situation to be in. :(

You need to move out! Maybe living in the same apartment complex would be okay but not in the same unit together. Just an idea.
