I am 6weeks+2 and I feel like all my symptoms have stopped? No more headaches or watery discharge anymore. Should I be worried?

I was nervous like this in the beginning and a good friend of mine said if there's no blood, you're still pregnant. It's such a simple thing of course but it kinda helped relieve my fear. I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks and was peeing on sticks constantly. I also only threw up about 3 times my entire pregnancy. I'm now 32 weeks and baby boy is healthy as can be! Try not to worry! Enjoy not having symptoms because once they show you'll wish you could have kept them at bay longer. Good luck momma!
