Ok so I know I have posted here before but praying maybe someone else has some advice 😂

My 5 month old does not stop fidgeting the whole night in bed! She’s always been a fidgeter but it’s getting worse and worse. I am exhaled because every time she fidgets she knocks her dummy out and then cries. I know people have said to sleep train but it takes a few nights of no sleep and I am already exhausted I just don’t think I could do it 😩 I literally feel like a zombie I’ve never been so tired before! I feel like we have tried everything I really don’t know what else to do 😩😩
