So I’ve been suffering for a few days with pretty bad period pains. I’ve lost over 80ml if blood now (I use a cup so it’s easy to measure) and earlier I had the most bizarre thing happen.

I was going about normal life when I had these excruciating pains in my stomach. I went to the toilet and not even 5 minutes later I started to hyperventilate, then my heart started beating really fast to the point I could hear it coming out of my ears. Then my eyes went and I could see yellow circles on a plain white wall. I tried to get out of the bathroom and wash my hands but I literally had no coordination whatsoever. At this point my eyes were bloodshot and my arms were bright red and swollen. I managed to walk outside and sit on a chair where I subsequently passed out and lost my hearing for minute or so...

I feel completely fine now (apart from the cramps) but I have no idea what it is and it really scared me. I’m also not sure as to whether it’s related to the period pain??

If someone could help that would be great x
