I’ve recently got a cold and last night was so hard too sleep, I kept having like dull aches in my breast area on both sides?

Today I’ve not been so bad because I’ve been out and about but just a few minutes ago I kinda sniffed in and weird tmi moment?! The snot kinda came down from my nose to where I had to gag it up to cough it out!

When I did there was like a tiny spec of brownish blood?? Is that normal with a common cold??? I’m just wondering and worried tbh, my doctors aren’t open tomorrow 😭
