I had really bad dream , seeing that am bleeding and a little clot out so I did a test as am due for a dating scan too today and thought am 8weeks pregnant and am here crying don’t know what to think as my test can’t see anything does that mean not pregnant ... second time happening to me

Shall I cancel my scan apointment today
