My midwife mentioned it at our last appointment and it does seem interesting, but looking at the class prices, even the nhs charges £180 per couple for 4 classes locally. which is totally not feasible for us at all

So my question is has anyone used hypnobirthing techniques, or been to a class? Can anyone recommend any good books or anything that helped? There are so many and money is ridiculously tight right now with multiple things going wrong so I was wondering if anyone had any good resources to share?
