When would you call

Had pains since yesterday afternoon been timing them on and off today and there between 4 and 7mins lasting around a minute. Would you call and if so when still having a bloody show which has continued since yesterday as well with fresh blood every time
I go to the bathroom if that makes a difference x

The rule is 4-1-1. You should go in when your contractions are consistently 4 minutes apart, last for 1 minute, and it goes on for more than an hour.

So we are the same person! Hahaha 
I am basically having the same thing since yesterday; bloody show, lost plug and contractions. My contractions have been 4-7 min apart for almost 6 hours now. I went to the doctor for my 40w appt a few hours ago and they said I would have a reason to go into L&D. In fact the nurses looked at me like I was crazy for not going... I hadn’t gone before the appt because they aren’t as painful as I’d expected them to be, I thought you were supposed to have a hard time walking or talking through them 🤷‍♀️ but my doctor said to be safe if they continue after the appt To go in and check for progress. 
I was 60% effaced and closed (or 1cm) two hours ago. 
They have remained fairly consistent since, so we’ll probably eat dinner and head over in 3-4 hours if they continue.
