Blood but not on my period?

Would anyone able to give me some advise? So I have just had some blood when I wiped and in the shower but I finished my period over a week ago.. should I be worried? I’m not on the pill anymore but I had sex last Saturday for the first time in almost 2 years.. would that be a cause?😕
