Wondering if anyone ever caught their pregnancy between 1-3 weeks?

A week ago I have my levels checked and they were 9 and 48 hours later were 28. The week after then it was 458.

Went for an ultrasound today and no pregnancy seen in uterus but doc said he would be shocked if we saw something this early. I go back in a week for another ultrasound. I'm just super worried as it has already been a year and a half since we TTC

EDIT: Our main focus for the ultrasound was to rule out ectopic pregnancy and or any masses. Thank you ladies for your positive feedback. ❤

Update: 8-19: apparently my levels have decreased by half of what they were. I miscarried.
