Advice ladys

Hi ladys I was on for two days then off for a day and now when I wipe there is brown blood ever now and then on toilet paper . This is not my normal cycle I'm also getting bad cramps on pelvis area. Which is not normal for me. I took test day before I started bleeding and it was negative. Has this happened to anyone.
