How to keep going?

AF showed up today, I'm 33 ttc for 13 months, doctors won't test anything until we've been ttc for 2 years (UK & got three opinions, all said the same) .
I honestly don't know how much more I can take of this. I'm fed up with the constant peeing on a stick, logging temperatures, baby dancing at specific times. How do you keep going? I'm tired mentally and emotionally, I just want to cry. We want a baby more than anything in world, but this is tough 😥

You can always go to someone else and say it has been 2 years of trying if it is really weighing on you. As long as it is not on your chart, they won't know. I think 2 years is a rediculous rule but I see it more and more in UK and US. Don't these governments know babies mean more economic growth for them? Best of luck.

We've been to three different doctors at two different surgeries and they've all said the same, that the guidelines have changed and it's now two years.
Everyone keeps saying it's a year, everywhere I read it's a year, it makes it even tougher. But what an I to do if three doctors haven't told me it's two years?

Honestly since we started ttc 14 months ago we've made our lives a lot busier with our hobbies, I think it's our way of distraction.
