Trying to conceive and need advice

I’m not so hopeful although I’m baby dancing alllllways. This is only my second cycle, how many cycles did it take for you all to conceive. I’m 19. Partners 21. Here is my second cycle patterns. Today we’re on 28th and I’ll be bd tonight and all the way until Sunday. Chances rather high based on baby dancing??
