Been on the pill for about 7 years and came off it last month, had spotting since about 5days after I stopped and have been feeling awful. My periods on the pill lasted about 4-5days and weren't that heavy and no cramps etc, and now I've been bleeding heavily for over a week and there's no sign of it stopping 😖 my periods before I went on the pill were always the same, lasted 4/5days, between the spotting and this super heavy period I'm about to crack up 😣 has anyone else had this after coming off BC?
