Am I missing something?
I’m TTC and currently:
- track my cycles
- take folic acid every day
- track ovulation using OPKs
- have sex frequently throughout the month, not just during the fertile window
- use Conceive Plus
- don’t smoke or drink
Is there anything else I can do to help when TTC or am I doing everything right?
I’m feeling a bit discouraged 😢💛✨
