Bbt testing?
I’ve been tracking my temp by mouth. But after research (which I should’ve done before starting) I found out vaginally is slightly more accurate? As you can sleep with your mouth open and that can affect readings. I definitely know I sleep with my mouth open lol!🤫🤭
