hiya guys!! so i’m about to start a job as a nurse assistant where I’ll be doing 12 hour night shifts in the ICU... im worried i might not have the ability/time to step away to change a tampon and i’m not comfortable in pads. any ideas for how i can survive a 12 hour shift with no leaks? thank youuuuuu
