Help! 1st time using opks
Hi so we've been trying to conceive for #2 for 7 months, unfortunately miscarried in March.
First baby took 4 years to conceive but didn't use opks.
Just got some opks and going to start them this cycle once my period ends.
Anyone got any advise for a opk newbie? Anything I should or shouldn't be doing, seems a bit of a minefield! Xx
