Morning (all day) sickness help...
Im 7+5 and feeling sick all day as well as getting stomach cramps like when you're about to be sick even if I'm not... but i don't know what to do! I can barely think about food let alone eat it sometimes... I'm currently trying to meal plan but just can't as it involves trying to think of foods and figure out if it's going to make me wanna throw up 😫
Have tried ginger biscuits, ginger tea bags, fresh ginger in hot water, crystallised ginger (1/10 do not recommend 😂) and mints... anything else i can try?!
