7 weeks always hungry!

Hi I’m 7 weeks and constantly hungry, pre pregnancy I was very ill and put on a stone I’ve been trying to lose it going gym for the past 3 months but I’m now 7 weeks pregnant. No nausea just so hungry. Anyone else have this? Any tips for weight lose in pregnancy?
