Looking for some success stories to help reassure me ! I had my first miscarriage in 2020 it was a MMC and then fell pregnant again january this year seen the heartbeat at 6 weeks 3 days but sadly I got ill with a urine infection and developed sepsis and had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I found out last week that I’m pregnant again I’m only four weeks today but really struggling with the negative thoughts in my head wondering if any one has any success stories after two miscarriages that may help me be hopeful xx
