I know it’s different for each person so I wanted to know your experience, what helped u make that decision and how you’re getting by.

I have a 3 month old

I want to work but I don’t want to. I want to help my husband with finances but I also want to stay at home with my child to raise him how I want to raise him. Did a trial run with having my in-laws babysit and it just isn’t working out. They don’t respect my wishes. I want to hire a nanny but it’s too expensive 😫 life
