So I am currently 10dpo. Backache, heavy sore boobs (never ever get this, not even before AF), acne breakout, stomach cramps, all since 4/5dpo.

Woke up this morning, wiped and there was red/brown blood. I used a sanitary towel just incase but checked later and nothing there and now there is nothing when I wipe!

I'm not sure my period for another 4/5 days according to my tracker.

Could this be AF or implantation bleed?
