Hey Glow! So I'm currently 4DPO and woke up this morning with horrible stomach pains that I'm blaming on gas. I mean like, terrible. I had to pull over and have my husband drive while I laid down in the back. They're more in my upper abdomen and I've been constipated. Is this a very early sign of conception or possibly something more serious I should ask my doctor about. I don't want to freak out over nothing but it's been 15 hours and they've only gotten worse. Gas-X kinda relieves the pain but doesn't stop it. Advice? (:
