Slight tmi. PLEASE COMMENT

Somebody told me that this mabye a cyst? Not what I was wanting to hear I just want to get other opinions on this, I turned 21 on 15th Feb, I was getting brown stickyish discharge in my underwear and when I wiped this started when I was 5dpo, today is the picture below, I'm now 10dpo and AF isn't for another 3 days. I've never had this before any period, I don't know what this may be :(
