Sorry maybe too.much info and possibly a really silly question...

I've read ao.many things about labour and birth that I'm. Actually at the point of not knowing what's real.

I just got out of the bath and there were four or five little floating almost like period bits. Not sure what this actually is? It was kinda mucus like but what I want to know is.... does the mucus plug come out as one whole clump or will it fall out in bits...??
