Here's to my Ectopic Angel👼🏼

I know I only carried you for a couple of days before I found out you were gone but you were the best thing that ever happened to me. My heart is broken and I just want you here in my arms.

I remember doing the test and realising I was pregnant and I was so happy. Only to have my hopes and dreams shattered 6 hours later by bleeding and servere cramps.

You were here and you were mine. You are my angel and I promise I will always remember you.

I am sorry you got lost on your way and ended up somewhere that hurt me and you.
