help! losing hope

I have been TTC for 11 months now, it feels like a lifetime! Every time Mother Nature calls my heart breaks a little more. I thought it would be easy with me being 21 but boy was I wrong! I'm slowly losing hope and can't help but be so emotional! Anyone got any tips?
