charlie horse (severe cramping)
***HELP*** i keep suffering with spasms in my right calf, it only happens in the night. Its so bad, you can see my muscles moving by themselfs. I am in so much pain that i scream blue murder. I cant relax, the next few days i cant even rest my foot on the floor. I have also SPD and on crutches but with all the pain im not walking around much. Has anyone got any advice ? Im currently laid in bed dreading going to sleep. TIA x
