Need some info please.

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex 2 days after my period, I freaked out because I'm afraid i'll end up getting pregnant so I took the morning after pill (Plan B) after 30 mins or 1h. Is there a chance i'll end up pregnant anyway? I already know something about it but I want to hear some options from you guys who had already experienced this kind of situation.
