Hi, firstly I am so sorry for all of you lovely ladies who have experienced the heartbreak of losses and thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.

I am currently in a bit of a ‘grey’ period with mine. My doctor told me today that I have most likely miscarried at 6 weeks. I have known this was probably the case since last week so it wasn’t a surprise however I have still not had any bleeding and the waiting is torture so he has said that a D&C; is an option. I really don’t want to be awake through it because 1. I don’t handle pain well and 2. I don’t think I will be able to emotionally handle it. I really want them to put be under general anaesthetic for it but am not sure if this is an option in the UK?

I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar position? Any advice you could offer me would be wonderful. ❤️
