So i came off BC in Septmeber 2017 and we have actively started TTC this month 'currently 1dpo'. Ever since stopping my BC i have developed very bad acne around my mouth and chin. Some turn out to be small red pimples, some get a yellow head and others are like big fat red cysts. They are so painful. Im just looking for any tips on how to control this. Obviously whilst TTC i want to keep an eye on what i am taking medication wise. So any diet adjustments, creams or cleansers...?? I already take a multivitamin, folic acid and cod liver oil daily and i drink a lot of water as i go to the gym a lot. Any advise much appreciated x
