Iv woken up this morning and all my pregnancy symptoms have gone. My boobs have shrunk back to normal and don’t feel sore at all. All the twinges have stopped. I’m still getting positive tests but no longer feel pregnant.

I’m 4 weeks 2 days.

I have a horrible feeling that this is a miscarriage 😢😢

I’m not looking for hope as I really don’t think there is any, but if this happened to you, how long did it take for you to bleed?
