So I got my period a week early (which is very unusual for me, I've never gotten my period this early) and it's A LOT lighter than usual. My first 2 days are usually filled with heavy flow and my cramps are usually so bad I can't stand. This time around, I literally feel no pain and there's almost no blood. Like, it's there, but it's nothing compared to the usual amount. What's wrong with me? (I'm not pregnant nor is this implantation bleeding. I haven't had sexual intercourse.)
