I just found out I have endometriosis 😢😢

So I got married to the love of my life last year October 2017 been ttc since then but no luck I been having abdominal pains I do have ovarian cyst so I thought that is causing pain but I had my scan on Monday and today my GP rang saying I have endometriosis I feel so upset can u still conceive if u have endometriosis
