Missed my second period, help😫😫
So I didn’t come on my period last month.
We’re ttc baby #2 and periods have always been on time or early for the past year
I’ve had 2 tiny spots of blood over the past month
I’m now due on again and no period or signs of it!!
All tests are negative, had lower back pain and tiredness
